Return and Exchange Policy
* Product is returned within 3 days of receipt.
* The customer has the right to return the product in the event of a manufacturing defect or if it is damaged.
* Replacement request for each request only once, and in the event of a replacement, you are not entitled to request a return for the same request.
* The customer has the right to return the product provided that it is in the same original condition upon purchase, has not been used and is in the original packaging.
* The customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product if it is not in its original condition as received, changed or washed.
* Returns and exchanges do not include some products for health reasons, sleeping pillows, sleeping pillow covers, mattress protector, pillow protector, perfume.
* When requesting a partial refund of the invoice, the invoice will be recalculated, noting that if the value of the new invoice is less than 1000 riyals, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount for not complying with the terms of free shipping.
* If the return or exchange is approved, shipping instructions will be sent to your email.
* The product will be checked after it arrives at our warehouse and ensure its safety, and the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 6 working days of its arrival to us
There are a number of specific cases in which a product cannot be returned or exchanged:
*When you submit a return request after the specified time, which is 3 days from the date of receipt for the products.
*When the product has been used, damaged, or not in the same condition you received it.
*Products made to order and made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
